- Refunds may be requested for eligible products and services purchased from Family Plus Pharmacy

- The product is within its expiration date.
- The product has not been altered or damaged.
- Prescription medications are non-refundable unless there is an error on our part.
2. Non-Eligible Items for Refund
- The following items are non-refundable:
- Prescription medications (except in cases of pharmacy error).
- Over-the-counter medications.
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
- Products past their expiration date.
- Products that do not meet the eligibility criteria outlined in section 1.
3. Refund Process
- To request a refund, users must contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Refund requests should include the following information:

2. Product details. - Reason for the refund request.
- Refunds will be processed within 10 to 15 days of approval.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
4. Shipping Costs
- Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless there was an error on our part, such as shipping the wrong product or a damaged product.
5. Returns Shipping
- Users are responsible for return shipping costs unless there was an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method for returns.
6. Cancelled Or Modified Orders
- Users may request to cancel or modify an order before it has shipped.
- Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
